OnlyFans Agency Fees and Commission
In short: An OnlyFans agency usually does not charge a fixed fee but a commission on your revenue. Publicly stated ranges in the German-speaking market are roughly 20 to 30 % for chat management only and 30 to 60 % for full management. What matters is not just the percentage but whether it is calculated on gross revenue or on net revenue after OnlyFans keeps its 20 % fee.

Cost is the first question in almost every intro call, and rightly so: a commission stays with you every month. This article covers the commission models used in the market (with sources), our own terms at FEM Management, a gross vs. net calculation, a contract checklist and the typical red flags. How much does an OnlyFans agency cost?
Most agencies work on a performance basis. You do not pay a fixed monthly amount but a share of what your account earns. If your account earns nothing, the agency earns nothing. Less common are fixed-fee or hybrid models with a monthly retainer.
The size of the share depends mainly on the scope of work. An agency that only handles fan messages has different costs from a team that also runs social media, strategy, content planning and leak protection. There is no verified industry average, but there are public figures you can use as a benchmark.
Which commission models exist?

The ranges come from publicly available agency guides. Perlage Studios cites 20 to 30 % for chat-only support and 30 to 50 % for full management. Averro Management cites 20 to 50 % for commission models and €500 to €2,000 per month for fixed-fee models. Bunny Agency publishes 25 to 50 % for itself. The range is open at the top. An investigation by VOLLBILD for tagesschau.de describes agencies charging up to two thirds of revenue.
How much commission does FEM Management charge?
We publish our terms because you cannot compare offers without a number. There is no fixed percentage for everyone, since an account with a large audience starts from a different position than an account starting from zero. The framework:

Is the commission calculated on gross or net revenue?
OnlyFans keeps 20 % of every fan payment, as stated in the OnlyFans Terms of Service. This fee applies whether or not you work with an agency. The agency commission comes on top.
This is where most misunderstandings arise. The same percentage means two different prices depending on whether it is applied to gross revenue (before the platform fee) or net revenue (after the platform fee).
Example: €10,000 gross revenue per month

The example is purely arithmetical and ignores taxes. A 50 % commission on gross revenue costs you €1,000 more per month than 50 % on net revenue. Converted, 50 % of gross equals 62.5 % of net. The formula: gross share divided by 0.8.
When does a commission pay off?
An agency only pays off if it grows your revenue by more than the commission takes away. At 50 % of net revenue, your net revenue has to double for you to keep the same amount as on your own. At 30 %, an increase of about 43 % is enough. Everything above that is your gain. Start with your own numbers: our article How much do you earn with OnlyFans shows what is realistic.
Money is not the only factor. If a team takes several hours of chatting off your plate every day, that is time for content or your private life. Creators working with us plan for about 2 to 3 hours per day, more at the start.
What should the commission include?
- Chatting: Who writes, in which language, at what times? Are chatters billed separately?
- Account management: Feed posts, stories, mass messages, pricing and statistics.
- Marketing: Social media strategy, audience growth and any ad budget. Who pays for it?
- Content: Content lists, guidance and possibly production costs.
- Leak protection: Monitoring and takedowns. More in our leak guide.
- Reporting: Regular numbers and fixed calls, for example weekly.
Averro Management's cost guide also warns about setup fees of €500 to €2,000 and minimum terms of 6 to 12 months at some providers. The most useful question is: "At €10,000 gross revenue, how many euros go to you and how many stay with me?"
Contract checklist
- Commission and basis: Percentage, gross or net, handling of chargebacks and exchange rates.
- Extra costs: Setup fee, retainers, ad budget, chatter or production costs.
- Term: Is there a minimum term, and how long is it?
- Termination: Notice period, form of notice and what happens to revenue after the end. Under German law, Section 627 BGB may allow termination without cause for service contracts based on special trust, depending on the contract and the applicable law.
- Content rights: Rights to your photos and videos should stay with you. Usage rights for the agency should be limited to the purpose and end with the contract.
- Account access: The account is in your name and payouts go to your bank account. Clarify who manages password and two-factor authentication and how access is returned at the end.
- Exclusivity: May you work with other providers in parallel? Is there a non-compete after the contract ends?
- Legal entity: Who is your contracting party, where is it based and which law applies? Our legal entity is FTD Media LLC in Fort Lauderdale, USA.

Red flags
- The agency will not name a number, even when asked directly.
- Money is requested before your revenue has grown, for example as an "onboarding package".
- Payouts are supposed to go to an agency account and you receive your share afterwards.
- The agency wants to take over your password and email permanently and lock you out.
- Long minimum terms without an exit or high contractual penalties.
- Full and permanent transfer of the rights to your content.
- No imprint or no identifiable legal entity on the website.
- Income promises without timeframe, basis or evidence.
