Our chatting team looks after fans 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in German and English, using chat guidelines tailored to each creator. We rely on people rather than AI chatbots.

Leak protection

How does the collaboration work?

1. Intro call and analysis: We get to know you and your goals and check whether we are a fit.
2. Inventory: After signing, we collect everything we need to manage your account.
3. Strategy and branding: Together we define your brand and a strategy for the relevant channels.
4. Account setup: If needed, we set up OnlyFans and social media accounts.
5. Launch: Marketing starts and the chatting team takes over fan communication.
6. Ongoing optimisation: We review your numbers regularly and adjust.

Creators should plan for about 2 to 3 hours per day, more at the start. Most of our creators see first clear results after 3 to 6 months. These are experience values, not a guarantee.

• No professional shoots needed. You create content yourself using our templates.

When FEM Management is not the right choice

Not to be confused with FEM Inkasso Management

FEM Management is not "FEM Inkasso Management". They are different and entirely unrelated. FEM Management does not do debt collection and does not send payment demands to consumers.

Fake debt collection letters have been sent under the name "FEM Inkasso Management". The Lower Saxony consumer advice centre (Verbraucherzentrale Niedersachsen) warns about them (warning dated 20 April 2026): the letters claim debts from gambling providers and ask for payment to a Polish bank account. The consumer advice centre says not to pay. The sender is also listed on the consumer centres' debt collection blacklist. If you received such a letter, contact a consumer advice centre. It has nothing to do with FEM Management.

How to verify this information

• Legal entity: Compare the company and address in the imprint with your draft contract.
• Commission: Get the percentage and calculation basis in writing, ideally with an example.
